Retrojersey.nl ships throughout the European Union (EU).
We currently do not ship outside the EU.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier.
Note: Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Couriers
We ship using Sendcloud, which automatically selects the most reliable courier for your region.
Possible carriers include:
- DHL
- DPD
- PostNL
- UPS
The carrier is chosen based on weight, destination, and fastest delivery availability.
4. Shipping Times
Standard EU Delivery:
3–5 business days (after processing)
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier conditions.
5. Shipping Costs (Weight-Based)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
This ensures accurate and fair pricing for each shipment.
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.
6. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at retrojerseynl@gmail.com.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier through Sendcloud.
Depending on the case, we may offer:

(Proof of damage may be required.)
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is correct during checkout.
Retrojersey.nl is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
